MANCHESTER (WGME) - A New Hampshire woman is charged with drunk driving down the wrong way of a New Hampshire highway with two kids in the car. New Hampshire police responded to I-293 in Manchester around 12:40 this morning on Sunday morning. They say a car was seen traveling northbound in the southbound lanes near exit 6. While police were tracking down the car, another report came in that they had made a U-turn and were now traveling on the southbound lanes. Troopers finally caught up and pulled over 26-year-old Sulma Canales Cabrera of Nashua.
